Angela is again running track this spring for Liverpool. She has had 2 meets so far, and has run the 200M, 400M, and she is the second leg of the 4X100 relay. Her relay team is undefeated at this time, she runs with 3 very fast girls. I think they are going to do well this season. She is hoping to do some field events this year, such as the long or high jump. She wanted to try out for shotput, but her coach said she was to small. As you can imagine, Ang was not very happy with that decision by her coach! The Varsity track coach already has his eye on Angela for the pole vault (they don't do this event at the modified level), he wants to work with her over the summer. She is really enjoying running. Check out the vidoe below and you will see her run her leg of the 4x100 relay, she shot out like a bullet! I will keep you updated on her progress.
